Davis Polk is advising Comcast Corporation as a shareholder of FanDuel Limited in connection with its merger with DraftKings, Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction, which is expected to close in 2017, is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

FanDuel is a leading daily fantasy sports company, offering a multitude of one-day game options for NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL. DraftKings is a skill-based daily fantasy sports platform that allows fans in North America and the United Kingdom to compete in single-day, online fantasy sports contests across the largest variety of professional sports.
