Davis Polk advised Equinix, Inc. in connection with its SEC-registered at-the-market offering of its shares of common stock for up to an aggregate amount of $750 million.

Equinix, Inc. connects approximately 9,800 companies directly to their customers and partners inside the world’s most interconnected data centers. Today, businesses leverage the Equinix interconnection platform in 52 strategic markets across the Americas, Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
