Davis Polk is advising Fogo de Chão, Inc. on its $560 million acquisition by Rhône Capital. The transaction is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2018, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.

Fogo de Chão is a Brazilian steakhouse operator with locations in Brazil, the United States, Mexico and the Middle East. Rhône is a global alternative investment management firm with more than $5 billion in assets under management.
