Davis Polk Advises Hope Education Group on Its HK$3.1 Billion (US$389.7 Million) Initial Public Offering
Davis Polk advised Hope Education Group Co., Ltd. in connection with its initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and an international offering in reliance on Rule 144A and Regulation S. The net proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$3.0586 billion (US$389.7 million) prior to the exercise of the over-allotment option.
Hope Education Group is the second-largest private higher education group in China in terms of the number of students enrolled for higher education as of December 31, 2017.
