Davis Polk advised Kosmos Energy Ltd. and certain funds in connection with an SEC-registered secondary offering of 30,000,000 common shares by such funds as selling shareholders, for an aggregate price to the public of $200 million.

Kosmos is an international oil and gas exploration and production company with a focus on frontier and emerging areas along the Atlantic Margin. The shares sold are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “KOS.”
