Davis Polk advised Longfor Properties Co. Ltd. in connection with its Regulation S only offering of $450 million 3.875% senior notes due 2022. 

Longfor is engaged in property development, investment and management with strong presence in, and a focus on first and second tier cities in, Western China, the Pan Bohai Rim, the Yangtze River Delta, Southern China and Central China.
