Davis Polk is advising Petrobras in connection with their sale of an indirect 67.19% stake in Petrobras Argentina to Pampa Energía for $892 million.

Petrobras operates as an integrated energy company in the following sectors: exploration and production, refining, marketing, transportation, petrochemicals, oil product distribution, natural gas, electricity, chemical gas and biofuels.

Pampa Energía, a publicly traded company, is an integrated energy company in Argentina operating in the oil and gas sector as well as in the generation, transmission and distribution of electric energy sector.
