Davis Polk advised Ranpak Holdings Corp. in connection with the $110 million SEC-registered offering of 16,923,077 shares of its Class A common stock, including 1,538,461 shares pursuant to the underwriter’s exercise in full of its over-allotment option. The Class A common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “PACK.”
