Davis Polk is advising Reckitt Benckiser Group plc on its $17.9 billion acquisition of Mead Johnson Nutrition Company. The transaction, which is subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, is expected to be completed by the end of the third quarter of 2017.

Reckitt Benckiser is a world-leading consumer health and hygiene company. Mead Johnson, a global leader in infant and children’s nutrition, develops, manufactures, markets and distributes more than 70 products in over 50 markets world-wide.
