Davis Polk Advises Signature Aviation on Its $650 Million Senior Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised Signature Aviation plc (formerly BBA Aviation plc) in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $650 million aggregate principal amount of 4.000% senior unsecured notes due 2028 by Signature Aviation US Holdings, Inc. The notes are guaranteed by Signature Aviation plc and another of its subsidiaries.
Signature Aviation is a leading global fixed base operator and service provider to operators of business and general aviation aircraft, with further customers that operate military or commercial aircraft, and delivers services at approximately 400 locations on five continents through a global workforce of approximately 7,000 employees. Signature Aviation provides premium flight support services with core revenue streams from fuel, real estate, aircraft and ground handling, as well as fuel and fuel-related services, including fuel purchasing cards.
