Davis Polk is advising Taboola as to U.S. law in connection with its acquisition of ConvertMedia.

Taboola is the leading discovery platform, serving over 400+ billion recommendations to over 1 billion unique visitors every month on some of the Web’s most innovative publisher sites. ConvertMedia is a native video advertising company, which has grown from millions of dollars in 2014 to its current annual run rate of $50 million.
