Davis Polk Advises Tencent on Its $5 Billion Notes Offering Under Its Global MTN Program
Davis Polk advised Tencent Holdings Limited as English and U.S. law counsel in connection with the update of its $10 billion global medium-term note program and the offering thereunder pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S of its $1 billion 2.985% senior notes due 2023, $500 million floating-rate notes due 2023, $2.5 billion 3.595% senior notes due 2028 and $1 billion 3.925% senior notes due 2038.
Based in Shenzhen, Tencent is an integrated Internet services company in China, operating a broad range of Internet services including social communication services, online games, digital content, online advertising and other services.
