Davis Polk Advises Texas Instruments on Its $200 Million Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised Texas Instruments Incorporated on its SEC-registered debt offering of $200 million aggregate principal amount of 4.150% notes due 2048. The 4.150% notes due 2048 represent a reopening of an existing series of notes.
Texas Instruments is a global semiconductor design and manufacturing company that develops analog integrated circuits (ICs) and embedded processors.
