Davis Polk Advises Toyota Motor Credit Corporation on $2 Billion Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised Toyota Motor Credit Corporation in connection with an SEC-registered offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 3.050% medium-term notes, Series B due 2021, $300 million aggregate principal amount of floating-rate medium-term notes, Series B due 2021, $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.350% medium-term notes, Series B due 2024 and $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.650% medium-term notes, Series B due 2029.
