Davis Polk advised Ultra Clean Holdings, Inc. on its SEC-registered follow-on public offering of 4,761,905 shares of common stock for an aggregate price to the public of approximately $100 million. The shares are listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “UCTT.” 

Ultra Clean is a developer and supplier of critical systems and subsystems for the semiconductor capital equipment, flat panel, medical, energy and research industries.
