Davis Polk Advises WPEngine on Its Acquisition of Flywheel
Davis Polk advised WPEngine, Inc. on its acquisition of Fancy Chap, Inc. (d/b/a Flywheel), a Delaware corporation. The transaction closed on June 25, 2019.
