Davis Polk is advising Zhejiang Expressway Co., Ltd. in connection with its Regulation S offering of €365 million zero coupon H Share convertible bonds due 2022.

Zhejiang Expressway is an infrastructure company principally engaged in investing in, developing and operating high-grade roads in the PRC. Its shares are dual-listed on the main board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the London Stock Exchange.
