Deutsche Bank $1.25 billion notes offering
The fixed-to-floating-rate eligible liabilities notes are due 2027
Davis Polk advised the sole bookrunner, joint lead managers and co-managers in connection with Deutsche Bank’s SEC-registered offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of fixed-to-floating-rate eligible liabilities senior notes due 2027. The notes will bear interest at a rate of 7.146% per year until July 13, 2026, and thereafter, unless called on July 13, 2026, at a variable rate per year which will be equal to compounded SOFR plus 2.520%.
