Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a Regulation S offering by Dexin China Holdings Company Limited of $200 million 11.875% senior notes due 2022.

Dexin China Holdings Company Limited is a property developer that focuses on the development of residential properties, and the development, operation and management of commercial and mixed-use properties in China. Dexin China Holdings Company Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
