We advised Crestview Partners and Digicomm International on the transaction 

Davis Polk advised Crestview Partners, L.P. in connection with the acquisition of EasyStreet Systems by Crestview portfolio company Digicomm International Inc. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2004, Crestview is a value-oriented private equity firm focused on the middle market. The firm is based in New York City and manages funds with over $9 billion of aggregate capital commitments.

Founded in 1993, Digicomm is a broadband distributor and manufacturer – and a key strategic partner to its customers, helping them meet the rigorous demands of broadband network operations. Service providers around the world depend on Digicomm’s extensive inventory of fixed wireless, hybrid fiber-coaxial and “fiber to the x” products, representing trusted manufacturers such as AOI, CommScope, PPC, Tarana Wireless and many others. Digicomm also designs and manufactures products including erbium-doped fiber amplifiers and optical passives.

EasyStreet Systems, founded in 2020, designs and manufactures lightweight, sustainable smart poles for a variety of uses, including small cells, internet of things, lighting and electric vehicle charging. The company’s patented composite poles are as strong as steel at a fraction of the weight, reducing installation costs by up to 70% and lowering carbon emissions by 75%. EasyStreet solutions are trusted by telecom providers, municipalities and developers to power the next generation of connected infrastructure.
