Davis Polk is advising DouYu International Holdings Limited in connection with its stock-for-stock merger with HUYA Inc. Upon closing of the transaction, Huya will acquire all the outstanding shares of DouYu, including ordinary shares represented by American depositary shares, and DouYu will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Huya. The transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders of DouYu, regulatory filings and other customary closing conditions.
