DXC Technology $1.35 billion senior notes offering

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering by DXC Technology Company of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 1.800% senior notes due 2026 and $650 million aggregate principal amount of 2.375% senior notes due 2028.
