Emerson sale of Therm-O-Disc to One Rock Capital Partners

Davis Polk is advising Emerson on the sale of its Therm-O-Disc sensing and protection technologies business to an affiliate of One Rock Capital Partners, LLC. The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022 and is subject to applicable regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
