Davis Polk advised the financial adviser to the board of directors of Parques Reunidos Servicios Centrales, S.A. in connection with the voluntary tender offer by Piolin BidCo, S.A.U., a company controlled by the EQT group, to purchase all of the outstanding shares of Parques Reunidos for €13.753 per share in cash.

Parques Reunidos is one of the world’s leading leisure park operators. The company’s portfolio of over 60 assets consists of theme parks, animal parks, aquatic parks, family entertainment centers and other attractions. Parques Reunidos is present in North America, Europe and Oceania, and welcomes approximately 20 million visitors every year.
