Estée Lauder $650 million senior notes offering
The investment-grade notes are due 2034
Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered debt offering by the Estée Lauder Companies Inc. of $650 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.000% senior notes due 2034.
