The Export-Import Bank of Korea $1.5 Billion Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered Schedule B debt offerings by KEXIM of $800 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate notes due 2021 and $700 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate notes due 2023.
KEXIM is an official export credit agency providing comprehensive export credit and guarantee programs to support Korean enterprises conducting overseas business.
