The Export-Import Bank of Korea $1.75 Billion Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with SEC-registered Schedule B debt offerings by KEXIM of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.50% notes due 2021 and $1 billion aggregate principal amount of its 3.25% notes due 2025.
KEXIM is an official export credit agency providing comprehensive export credit and guarantee programs to support Korean enterprises conducting overseas business.
