The Export-Import Bank of Korea $200 Million Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with an SEC-registered Schedule B debt offering by KEXIM of $200 million aggregate principal amount of its floating-rate notes due 2018.
KEXIM is an official export credit agency providing comprehensive export credit and guarantee programs to support Korean enterprises conducting overseas business.
