Fiserv, Inc. €1.5 Billion Senior Notes Offering and £1.05 Billion Senior Notes Offering
Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered offering by Fiserv, Inc. of €500 million principal amount of 0.375% senior notes due 2023, €500 million principal amount of 1.125% senior notes due 2027, €500 million principal amount of 1.625% senior notes due 2030, £525 million principal amount of 2.250% senior notes due 2025 and £525 million principal amount of 3.000% senior notes due 2031.
