Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with the $615.4 million initial public offering of 18,648,649 shares of Class A common stock of Focus Financial Partners Inc., which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The Class A common stock is listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol “FOCS.”
