Davis Polk advised the sole underwriter in connection with a block trade of 10,000,000 common shares of Genpact Limited by funds affiliated with Bain Capital Investors, LLC and its co-investor, GIC Private Limited. The net proceeds of the offering were approximately $303 million. The common shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “G.”
