Davis Polk advised the underwriter in connection with a block trade of 10,000,000 common shares of Genpact Limited by funds affiliated with Bain Capital Investors, LLC and its co-investor GIC Private Limited. The common shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “G.”
