Davis Polk advised GHK Capital Partners LP on its acquisition of Hasa, Inc. and the related financing arrangements. Davis Polk also advised GHK Capital on its arrangements with co-investors. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

GHK Capital Partners, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, is a private equity firm pursuing control investments within the industrials sector. Hasa is a California-based manufacturer and distributor of water treatment chemicals and ancillary products in the western and southwestern United States.
