Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering of 11,625,000 shares of Class A common stock of GoDaddy Inc. by certain of GoDaddy’s existing stockholders. 

Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, GoDaddy is a technology provider to small businesses, web design professionals and individuals.
