We advised the joint lead managers on the Regulation S notes offering

Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with the Regulation S offering of $150 million 9.625% bonds due 2022 by Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited.

Greenland Hong Kong is principally engaged in the development of quality residential, commercial and hotel properties in various cities in the PRC, including Suzhou Wujiang, Nanning, Yulin, Wuxi, Zhaoqing, Foshan, Kunming, Tongxiang, Jinhua and Shaoxing. Its ordinary issued shares are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
