Davis Polk advised the placement agent in connection with the private placement of $200 million 4.5% notes due 2018 by Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited.

Greenland Hong Kong is principally engaged in the development of quality residential, commercial and hotel properties in various cities in the PRC, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Kunming, Huangshan, Suzhou, Changshu, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Haikou, Nanning and Taiyuan.
