Davis Polk advised the joint lead managers in connection with the Regulation S offering of $300 million 6.0% bonds due 2021 by Greenland Hong Kong Holdings Limited.

Greenland Hong Kong is principally engaged in the development of quality residential, commercial and hotel properties in various cities in the PRC, including Shanghai, Ningbo, Kunming, Huangshan, Suzhou, Changshu, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Haikou, Nanning and Taiyuan. Its ordinary issued shares are listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
