Davis Polk advised the joint bookrunners in connection with the initial public offering by Grupo de Moda SOMA S.A. and the selling shareholders of 163,636,363 common shares for an aggregate amount of approximately R$1.6 billion. The common shares trade on the São Paulo Stock Exchange. The securities sold in the international offering were placed under Rule 144A and Regulation S.

Grupo Soma operates one of the largest collections of Brazilian premium fashion brands. It is one of Brazil’s leaders in fashion e-commerce and one of the country’s 50 largest overall e-commerce companies.
