Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $250 million Regulation S only high-yield offering by Glory Land Company Limited of its 10.20% senior notes due 2019. 

Founded in Guangdong, PRC, Glory Land Company Limited, carrying ‎on business in Hong Kong as “Guorui Properties Limited,” is principally engaged in developing residential projects and large-scale mixed-use complex projects in the PRC.
