Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $200 million Regulation S offering by Honghua Group Limited of its 6.375% senior notes due 2021.

Honghua Group Limited is a global leading provider of oil and gas drilling equipment and components as well as oil and gas engineering services. It is one of the biggest exporters of drilling rigs in China and one of the largest land drilling rig manufacturers in the world. Honghua Group Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
