We advised the initial purchasers on the Regulation S offering

Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with a $400 million Regulation S offering by Hopson Capital International Group Co Ltd of its 5.8% high-yield notes due 2022, and guaranteed by Hopson Development Holdings Limited.

Hopson Development Holdings Limited is one of China’s largest property developers as measured by land bank, specializing in developing medium-to-high-end large-scale residential properties, as well as commercial properties. The group is also engaged in property management, property investment and hotel management. Hopson Development Holdings Limited is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
