Davis Polk advised the initial purchasers in connection with the $500 million Regulation S offering by Hopson Development Holdings Limited of its 7.5% high-yield notes due 2022.

Hopson is one of China’s largest property developers as measured by land bank, specializing in developing medium-to-high-end large-scale residential properties and developing commercial and hotel properties. The company is also engaged in property and hotel management and property investment.
