Davis Polk advised the representatives of the underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered notes offering by Horace Mann Educators Corporation, consisting of $250 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.500% senior notes due 2025.

Horace Mann, the largest national multiline insurance company focusing on educators’ financial needs, provides auto and homeowners insurance, retirement annuities, life insurance and other financial solutions. Founded in 1945, the company is headquartered in Springfield, Illinois.
