Horizon Robotics HK$5.41 billion IPO
We advised Horizon Robotics on its IPO and HKEX listing
Davis Polk advised Horizon Robotics in connection with its global offering in reliance on Rule 144A / Regulation S and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The gross proceeds from the offering amounted to approximately HK$5.41 billion.
Horizon Robotics is a leading provider of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and autonomous driving (AD) solutions for passenger vehicles. Since 2021, Horizon Robotics has been the largest Chinese company providing integrated ADAS and AD solutions in terms of overall solution installation volume. Horizon Robotics’ solutions have been the choice of 27 OEMs (42 OEM brands) in over 285 car models as of September 30, 2024. Horizon Robotics also has a joint venture with Volkswagen in China for customized driving automation.
