Davis Polk advised the book-running manager and representative of the several underwriters in connection with the SEC-registered follow-on offering of 2,150,500 shares of common stock of HubSpot, Inc. for approximately $355 million, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares from the company.

HubSpot is a cloud-based marketing, sales and customer service software platform listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “HUBS.”
