Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering of common stock by i3 Verticals, Inc. i3 Verticals, Inc. sold 3,737,500 shares of its common stock, including shares sold pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, for total gross proceeds of approximately $87.8 million. The common stock is listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “IIIV.”
