Davis Polk advised the joint global coordinators and the other international joint lead manager, in connection with Invincible Investment Corporation’s global offering of investment units. The global offering consisted of an offering in Japan and an international offering outside Japan pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S. Invincible Investment Corporation sold 609,792 units in the global offering for aggregate proceeds of approximately ¥32.7 billion (approximately $235.1 million). Invincible Investment Corporation’s investment units are listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

Invincible Investment Corporation is a Japanese real estate investment corporation, or J-REIT, sponsored by Fortress Investment Group LLC, focusing primarily on investments in residential properties and hotels, including limited and full service hotels and resort hotels located primarily in popular tourist destinations in Japan and select locations overseas.
