The investment-grade notes are due 2030

Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. of $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 4.900% notes due 2030.

Founded in 1961 in Arkansas, J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. is one of the largest surface transportation and delivery service companies in North America. Service offerings include transportation of full-truckload containerized freight, which J.B. Hunt directly transports utilizing company-controlled revenue equipment and company drivers or independent contractors.
