We advised Kingsoft Cloud on its dual primary listing by way of introduction on the HKEX

Davis Polk advised Kingsoft Cloud Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: KC; HKEX: 3896) in connection with its dual primary listing by way of introduction of ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. We also advised Kingsoft Cloud on its IPO and Nasdaq listing in 2020.
