Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers and representatives of the several underwriters in connection with an SEC-registered offering by Lennox International Inc. of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 1.350% senior notes due 2025 and $300 million aggregate principal amount of 1.700% senior notes due 2027. The notes are guaranteed by certain of Lennox International Inc.’s subsidiaries.
